Do you have a quote that guides, inspires, or embodies your training/racing/life?
“Bid me run." - William Shakespeare
Why do you run?
I love competition and running to me is competition in its purest form. I love the people, the freedom, and feeling of accomplishment that come with the sport. Running is always my daily adventure and dose of adrenaline. It has made me strong, goal-oriented, and self-motivated. It has taught me to learn from experience, embrace even the smallest accomplishments, and most importantly, that is perfectly ok to be a dreamer.
