Why do you run?
I run for health, happiness and to feel free. I also love the spirit of competition and there really is no greater feeling than a runner's high or nailing a PR.
What is your favorite place to run?
Any trail! Every trail offers something unique and exciting but if I had to pick one I would say UW Green Bay Cofrin Arboretum trails. Many good miles and memories on those trails!
Running gear you can't live without?
Oiselle Roga shorts - they changed my life! And my roadID because it could save my life.
What is your favorite local running store?
Pacers Running Store - Clarendon Store in Arlington, VA.
When you're not running where would we find you?
Working (I love my job as a PACU nurse!), studying for grad school, or cooking/baking and when I'm lucky; snowboarding, snowshoeing or SUPing.
